Preparing For Your Job
1. Appointment Day
Our uniformed technician arrives in one of our “Monster Vac” trucks, greets you at your front door on time, and is ready to work. Before entering the house, the technician slips on shoe covers to protect your floors and carpet.

2. Pre-Cleaning Assessment
To start, our technicians conduct a pre-cleaning assessment. They are trained to walk through your home to get a better understanding of your HVAC system in order to perform the cleaning. Additionally, they will want to know if you have any specific questions or concerns.

3. Protecting Your Home
A complete and in-depth cleaning requires us to go into every room that contains an air duct or cold-air return. To protect your home, we use slip-on shoe covers, floor covers and plastic corner guards to create a barrier between our equipment and your home.

4. “Super Vac” Effect Setup
For a powerful clean, we create the massive negative air flow needed to remove the dirt, dust and contaminants that are hiding in the system. To do this, we take the extra step to create a “Super Vac” effect by creating a custom openings to hook up our “Monster Vac” vacuum equipment and cover your registers to concentrate the vacuum’s suction power to the area.

5. “Monster Vac” Big Suction for Contaminant Removal
Our Monster Vac truck mounted vacuum system makes all the difference in cleaning your air ducts. With its 14.5K CFM superior suction power combined with our “Super Vac” setup, we are able to pull all the dust, debris and other contaminants out of your air system better than any competitor with a smaller vacuum.

6. Comprehensive Cleaning
We provide comprehensive air duct cleaning service that follows the standards and process provided by NADCA. Unlike the cheaper “blow and go” companies, we offer a full service cleaning packages includes the supply/return ductwork, trunk line, plenums, registers, grilles, diffusers, installation access panels (as needed) and the furnace blower motor, housing and assembly.

7. Agitation Process
While our “Monster Vac” suction is removing loose particles from your air system, our technician uses special tools to further scrape and agitate the dust, dirt, pollen, chemical residue and pet dander that has built up in your air system. These specialized tools, like brushes, air whips and high-powered compressed air, have specific jobs depending on the type of ductwork, components, and what’s being removed.

8. Verify Results
When the cleaning is done, the technician will verify that your HVAC system is clean. When everything checks out, the technician can share the results with you.

9. Reseal Openings
Once you are completely satisfied with your cleaning, the technician will reseal the access opening and return your system to service. The good news is that the resealed openings are sealed with semi-permanent enclosures that can be easily removed for future cleanings.

10. Wrap up
At the end of the service, the technician will pack up our equipment, clean-up the work area, and place a reminder sticker on the furnace. A full system air duct cleaning is recommended every 3-5 years for most homes.
